Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items must be returned with all original tags, labels, and accessories.
Time Frame for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, opened packaging of personal gear, customized products, or items marked as final sale.
Return Process

Refunds
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Since we operate on a cash-on-delivery basis, refunds will be made through bank transfer or another mutually agreed-upon method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
